Physical Therapy in the Denver Metro
Progressive rehabilitation that rebuilds strength, mobility and endurance so relief lasts after treatment ends.
Overview
What Physical Therapy Is
Physical therapy is the rebuilding phase of injury recovery. Our licensed physical therapists use manual therapy, graded exercise, neuromuscular re-education and functional retraining to restore the strength and control an injury took away.
Pain relief without rehabilitation tends not to hold. That is why physical therapy carries equal weight to chiropractic care in our clinics — the two disciplines run in parallel and are adjusted together as you improve.
What to Expect
- 1A movement and strength evaluation with objective baseline measurements.
- 2One-on-one time with your therapist, not a room where you are handed a sheet and left alone.
- 3A home program that fits realistically into your week.
- 4Regular re-testing so you can see measurable gains.

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I do physical therapy and chiropractic at the same time?
Yes, and for most injuries it is the better approach. Chiropractic restores motion, physical therapy makes that motion strong and durable. Both providers work from the same plan in our clinics.
Do I need a physician referral for physical therapy in Colorado?
Colorado has direct access, so you can usually start without a referral. Some insurance plans still require one — we will verify that for you.
How long is a typical session?
Most sessions run 45 to 60 minutes depending on your stage of recovery and plan of care.
