Refer With Confidence
We welcome referrals from primary care physicians, orthopedic surgeons, attorneys, case managers and fellow clinicians across the Denver metro. Your patient receives a full evaluation and a coordinated plan drawing on chiropractic care, physical therapy, pain management and medical services as appropriate.
You receive timely reports: initial findings, the treatment plan, objective progress measures and a discharge summary. If a patient needs something outside our scope, we say so and refer back.
How to Refer a Patient
Referrals are handled by phone so we can triage urgency and schedule your patient immediately.
Call (720) 451-0000Have the patient's name, contact number, injury type and preferred clinic location ready. Our intake team handles the rest, including insurance verification.
