Getting Started Is Simple
Tell us how to reach you and which clinic works best. Our intake team calls you back, verifies your insurance benefits and schedules an evaluation — usually within the same week, sooner for recent accident injuries.
Your first visit includes a full history, examination and, in most cases, treatment the same day. You will leave with a clear diagnosis and a written plan.
